RFQ - Skagit River Marblemount Bridge

The work to be performed by the selected consultant may include, but is not limited to, preparation of the project plans and specifications in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements for the above scope of work, mapping ofthe bridge defects, structural analysis, environmental permitting, detourplanning, cultural resource investigation, and an estimate of construction costs. This assignment may be extended as a multiphase agreement to include prebid support and construction services such as: submittal reviews, RFIs, change orders, inspections, contract close out, and other construction related tasks. Consultants are alertedthat this is a federally funded project. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise(DBE) mandatory goal of thirteen (13%) percent hasbeen established for this project. Certification is required for contract award Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025. The Board of Skagit County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all submittals
