Flooring Renovations - Excelencia and Gateway

The Base Bid shall include labor, material, equipment, services and transportation necessary to install the specified flooring materials. The Contractor shall be responsible for any and all existing structures and/or improvements, both above and underground, including the finishes thereof (both interior an exterior) within the adjoining working areas, and shall provide adequate protection therefore, either by barricades, or coverings, or by temporary removal. Any existing structures and/or improvements damaged during construction shall be repaired and/or replaced with materials, workmanship, fixtures or equipment of the same kind, quality and size as required by the Drawings or specifications. Any materials or equipment temporarily removed and damaged shall be repaired or replaced and re-erected or installed in an approved manner.
