Additionally, at the intersection of Park Avenue and New Holland Road permanent trench pavement restoration on New Holland Road, a PennDOT road. 2) Permanent pavement restoration at the intersection of 3rd and Walnut Streets within the City of Reading. This restoration includes both City of Reading and PennDOT pavement restoration. 3) Random pavement restoration projects that were associated with water main repair projects within RAWA’s primary water service territory, which includes the City of Reading; portions of Kenhorst Borough; and portions of Cumru, Muhlenberg and Bern Townships. |
