Work of this Contract is NOT subject to compliance with The Davis-Bacon and Related Acts Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Single Prime General Construction Contract: Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount.
