2021 Street and Utility Improvements

Approximately 23,361 square yards of bituminous pavement removal and replacement along with sub grade and sub base improvements – these improvements are limited to the area of the trench required to re place utilities; 8,864 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; 553 square feet of concrete valley gutter; 2,847 square feet of concrete driveway; 2,643 square feet of concrete sidewalk; 7,465 linear feet of open-cut 8-24-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe, service connections, sanitary sewer manholes and appurtenances; 5,543 linear feet of open-cut 6-8-inch PVC water main, water service connections, fittings, hydrants, and appurtenances; 2,843 linear feet of open-cut 12-36 inch RCP storm sewer, storm sewer manholes, storm sewer inlets, and appurtenances; 5,910 square yards of landscaping and seeding; erosion and traffic control; temporary water service; and sewer bypass pumping.
