Attention Is Called to Resolution 7404 of November 8, 2006, Requiring Bidders, Their Subcontractors and Their Lower-tier Subcontractors to Hire Only Citizens of the United States. the City of Tulsa Itself Is Exempt From the Payment of Any Sales or Use Taxes, and Pursuant to Title 68 O.s.
