| Description | To install glass and soffit drywall work in Customer Services Representatives stations (total of 5). Includes: - Remove existing ceiling tiles and grid as necessary to complete the project - Furnish and install steel studs and drywall to 6” above ceiling with wood blocking at the bottom of the soffit to approximately 1’6” below ceiling level or less in some areas - Furnish and install 3/8” tempered glass with polished edges. All mounting and hardware should be included. - Finish tape the drywall soffit to level 4 finish (UCFS staff will paint) - Re-install existing ceiling tiles with new wall angel - Clean up all work |
