Landscape Maintenance

Contractor will provide the following services to University: 1. Contractor shall provide grounds and landscape maintenance services including porter cleaning and pick up service twice a week for UT Arlington Housing properties according to these specifications. 2. All field work to be performed under the supervision of a qualified trained specialist. Operator will be licensed for all functions, including spraying, fertilizer, and weed control. 3. All staff to be outfitted in uniforms while on the property and will conduct themselves in a workman-like and efficient manner at all times. 4. Upon completion of each site maintenance visit, Contractor shall deliver a grounds and landscape maintenance service field report to the Office of Facilities Management outlining the following information. Service field reports will be used to verify invoicing. If service field reports are not delivered upon completion of service, payment may be denied for that service date. a. The date, arrival and departure time of the visit b. The scope of services performed during the visit c. Any conditions requiring special attention d. The date of the next scheduled maintenance service e. The services to be performed at the next scheduled maintenance visit 5. To facilitate communication between the University and the Contractor, Contractor shall provide and maintain the following communication services: Work phone, answering service or voicemail, fax, cell phone for account representative and email address where services requests can be submitted. 6. Lawns 7. Shrubs, Trees and Ground Cover 8. General Cleanup/Porter Service.
