Waldo Avenue Southeast/Wildwind Drive Southeast - Pipe Rehabilitation - 0000223 - City of Salem

Design and construction of new 8-inch sanitary sewer mains on High St SE, Waldo Ave SE, and Wildwind Dr SE. Construction will allow for the abandonment of failing and unmaintainable sewer mains located in backyard easements between Wildwind Dr SE and Waldo Ave SE. As of August 22, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2025. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
