Glendale Replacement Branch Shelving Project

Project was awarded to KPC Architectural Products, Inc. in the amount of $164,003.15. This Invitation to Quote (ITQ) issued by the Indianapolis Public Library (IndyPL) seeks lump sum quotes from qualified vendors to provide and install library metal cantilever shelving services (Services) for the Glendale Brach Replacement Project (Project). IndyPL is committed to supporting and encouraging economic growth and business opportunities in Indianapolis and Marion County by strengthening IndyPLs relationships with minority, women, disability, and veteran-owned business enterprises by providing an equal opportunity for utilization in all IndyPL business. Pre-Quote Conference at the Project Site. - A Pre-Quote Conference will not be held for this Project. Questions and Substitution Requests. Any questions regarding this ITQ must be submitted in writing no later than the date established in Attachment B and shall be directed in writing via e-mail to the Point of Contact identified on the first page. It is the Policy of IndyPL that Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE) and Disability-Owned Business Enterprises (DOBE) shall have the maximum feasible opportunity for performance of contracts. Consequently, IndyPL has established the following percentage goals for certified MBE, WBE, VBE, and DOBE utilization on this Project, based upon the Contract Price as awarded to the successful Vendor: MBE: fifteen percent (15%).
