Concrete Driveway Removal & Asphalt Replacement

Work Consists of Providing all Labor, Materials and Equipment as Required to Repair (Driveway) at the USCG: - Demolition approximately 1472sqft of concrete sidewalk, lead walkway and driveway. - Remove all demolition waste/debris and haul to off-site disposal. - Back full and rough grade work area. - Materials: The Contractor shall provide all material. - The Contractor shall install 2" layer of GASB, crushed stone, fine grade and compact to driveway surface. - The Contractor shall lay hot asphalt material to approximately 1440sqft of required thickness 2.5/ 9.5mm (See attached Appendix A, area outlined in red). - The Contractor shall adjust water valve to finish grade of new asphalt driveway. - The Contractor shall machine lay and roll 2.5 inches 9.5mm Asphalt Surface and plate compact where machine rolling is not feasible. - The Contractor shall install new concrete sidewalk approximately 32sqft (See attached Appendix A, outlined area outlined in yellow). - The Contractor shall form new concrete sidewalk and pour 4 inch concrete slab with 3500 psi concrete using fiber reinforcement with broom finish. - Provide and install grass seed and mulch in areas where constructed any area disturbed during sidewalk/ driveway installation. - Clean up and restore the site for occupancy.)
