| Description | Location: 166-168 Graystone Street 147-149 Grove Avenue 148 Payton Avenue 82-84 Abbey Avenue Warwick, Rhode Island 02888. Work of this Contract comprises of removing and disposing of existing Asphalt shingle roofing system and all associated underlayments as required up to existing roof framing as occurs and replacing with new Asphalt shingle roofing system and all associated underlayments as required for the scope of work identified as “Roof Replacement at Graystone Street, Grove Avenue, Payton Avenue, and Abbey Avenue”. The general scope of work shall include (but is not limited to) the demolition and removal of the existing roof systems and underlayments as specified, and replacing at same locations with new roof system and underlayments, removal of existing and installation of new gutters and downspouts, removal and replacement of venting and removal and replacement of metal coping. |
