Description | Jackson Public School District - Bond Construction Program Phase I Restrooms and Locker Rooms Renovation - Murrah High School P.E. CLASSROOM AND VISITING TEAM ROOM RENOVATION Demolition of existing tile, plumbing and electrical fixtures, ceilings, and restroom accessories. The new design revises layout as required, and provides new finishes, ceilings, skylights, exterior enclosure, partitions, fixtures, and accessories; including ADA compliance for each public restrooms. For P.E. classrooms, visiting team room and restrooms, selective demolition requires slab and CMU patching, see drawings for extent. WINDOW REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT Demolition of existing windows and replacement with storefront or curtain wall system. See drawings for application. HVAC UPGRADE & SERVICE AT ALL UNITS KITCHEN PLUMBING/FINISHES Excavation and partial demolition of CMU wall for access to crawl space. Trenching of crawlspace for access to demolition, removal, and replacement of existing sewer piping below the kitchen, replacement of grease interceptor, and sewer line through the courtyard Infill CMU and regrade. Remove and replace tile flooring and tile walls in kitchen and surrounding rooms, see drawings for extent. Appliances will be stored and reinstalled or replaced by owner. Clean and replace ceiling tiles in kitchen and surrounding areas as needed, see drawings for extent. Bid Alternates 1. Ado Alternate #1: Remove and Replace Windows, Add Sunshades, Add All Work Labor, Materials, Equipment Services, Overhead and Profit Necessary to Remove Existing Windows and Replace With a Storefront Bystem and Sunshade System 2. Ado Alternate #2: Remove and Replace Cafeteria Flooring, Remove and Replace the Existing Vct Flooring and Rubber Wall Base |
