Utility Engineer Retainer

Utility Engineering Services required under this contract include, but are not limited to: feasibility studies programming program analysis utility infrastructure upgrades and remodeling projects. In addition, the ability to provide a full range of professional services under the contract is required, including, but not limited to: cost modeling, preliminary design, construction documents, procurement (bidding) assistance, construction administration, construction observation, and post-construction services. The Professional Services Consultant should have access to consulting resources that provide diverse experience and expertise to include but not necessarily be limited to incidental architectural, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, landscape architectural, and hazardous material remediation as may be necessary to successfully complete each Utility Engineer Retainer project. Selected firms will be awarded an initial one-year agreement (beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022). Each agreement will have the option for one (1) two-year renewal. The total term with the ability to renew will end at June 30, 2024. At each renewal, there will be an opportunity to make adjustments in the scheduled hourly rates.
