Janitorial Service Moapa Health Clinic

The purpose of this contract is to provide Housekeeping Services for the Moapa Indian Health Clinic, 10 Lincoln Street, Moapa, NV as required by the Parker Indian Health Service. This contract is to ensure infection control and a clean and healthy environment for all employees and customers. Housekeeping Services includes but not limited to the following: Sweeping and mopping all rooms Empty all trash Clean all windows inside and outside, wipe down window blinds as needed. Exam rooms: Wipe down all exam tables, chairs, clean sinks and fill paper towels. Bathrooms: clean sinks, toilets, urinals, fill soap, paper towels, seat cover and toilet paper. Lab and Pharmacy rooms: Clean sinks, wipe down chairs Break room, waiting area and conference room: wipe down all chairs, tables. Buff, strip and wax floors as needed.
