| Description | The scope of the project is the contractor shall, except as otherwise provided, furnish all labor, supervision, tools, vehicles, fuel, equipment, parts, supplies, materials, and expertise necessary as required in these specifications in an expeditious, complete, and workmanlike manner, to perform power line clearance tree pruning and removal for the City of Bryan, Bryan Municipal Utilitie (Owner) as specified. The work shall be performed by a company which derives the majority of its annual income from arboricultural work, and whose employees are highly trained and skilled in all phases of tree pruning and removal, including an ISA Certified Arborist who can provide oversight along with a detailed comprehensive plan of the work to be proposed by the proposing contracting company. | ||
