Purnell Swett High School Multipurpose Classrooms

Due to the amount of changes to the plans and the short turnaround time, please note: o RFI due date has been pushed out to Thursday, 7/20/2023 at 5pm. The general project scope consists of the complete construction of a new 17,500 sq-ft. pre-engineered metal building and all of its required amenities to serve as a multipurpose classrooms facility at Purnell Swett High School in Maxton, N.C. The project will consist of all site work, utility connections, building construction, and all other miscellaneous items as listed on the construction plans, needed to complete the project PSRC reserves the right to waive all informalities in bids, to accept any bid, or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all bids should it be deemed in its best interest to do so and allowed by General Statute.
