| Description | Demolish and remove an existing Cemline H395 clean steam generator from the ground-floor mechanical room. Disconnect the steam & condensate piping and the water piping from the HEX. Install a new clean steam generator with new steam & condensate connections and new water connections. Insulate all piping and equipment with energy-code compliant insulation. Provide electrical service to the new clean steam generator, including wiring, grounding, and conduits. Connect the new clean steam generator to the existing DDC controls. Provide programming changes (including graphics) for the existing DDC control system serving the ABL building. |
