Roof Replacement Constitution Square Park

Work includes the removal and disposal of current shingles, damaged or deteriorating underlayment, and associated roofing components (flashing etc.) and installation of new underlayment, wood shingle roofing, and associated roofing components as needed. Contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work. All waste material generated from work is to be disposed of by the selected contractor in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The project is located in historic downtown Danville, Kentucky at the historic site of Constitution Square Park (37 38'42"N, 84 46'24.14"W). Constitution Square Park is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and is the birthplace of Kentucky. Base Bid: Federal funds have been allocated from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to replace roofs on four cabins and one brick building. Refer to the property list for specifics on each building. In accordance with FAR 36.204, this phase is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
