| Description | 1. Five (5) of the thirty (31) proposed sign locations have existing signs, support structures and footing/foundations that must be removed and disposed of prior to installation of the new signs. 2. All existing signs must be removed and disposed of prior to installation of new signs. Removal of existing signs must be timed such that new signs will be installed within not more than two weeks after the removal of existing signs. 3. All signs are to be mounted level and true. 4. Upon completed installation of each sign, all surfaces shall be touched-up and cleaned in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. 5. Remove and broom-clean any excess debris created by the sign installation 6. All excess dirt from sign installation is to be removed from the site | ||
