Replacement of Four Existing HVAC and Duct Systems

Disconnect all duct work, power wiring and control wiring as needed for the complete removal and disposal of the four (4) existing American Standard gas packaged rooftop HVAC units. Provide crane service, rigging and trucking for removal of existing units and the installation of new units. Provide complete disposal as per federal, state and local regulations of all removed matter Provide crane lift plan and provide all barricading and safety equipment required to perform lift. Provide, install, and connect four (4) approved (Trane, Goodman) gas packaged rooftop units as listed below: 1. 4 Ton 14/16 SEER (QTY•. 1) 90,000 btu/h • R-410A, convert pkg gas/elec 14 SEER 208-230/1 2. 3.5 Ton 14/16 SEER (QTY: 1) 90,000 btu/h • R-410A, convert pkg gas/elec 14 SEER 208-230/1 3. 5 Ton 14/16 SEER (QTY: 2) 115,000 Btu'h • R-410A, 14 SEER • 208-230/1 Provide manufacturer recommended curbs and flashing for installation. Provide and install all supply ductwork, drops, and transitions needed to connect the new units to existing air distribution system. Provide and install all retum ductwork and transitions needed to connect the new units to existing air distribution Provide and install replacement existing supply registers (31) and filter grilles (14). Provide and install new supply grilles for each of the four (4) units. Provide and install return grilles to four (4) locations currently without returns. The new returns are for three (3) offices and one (1 ) kitchen. Reconnect to existing gas piping and fittings, valves and regulators for each unit. Reconnect to existing PVC drain traps for each unit. Replace existing disconnect, conduit, and conductors that are required for load side electrical service from point of existing disconnect to new packaged unit. Reconnect to existing breaker, conduit, and conductors on line side. Install four (4) programmable thermostats and reconnect to existing low voltage control wiring. Three (3) will go to existing location. One (1) existing low voltage control wiring will require relocation by dropping thermostat by two-feet on the wall. Provide factory-authorized technician to perform start-up and inspection of new packaged unit in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.
