Harrison Street Sewer Rehabilitation

1. Removal and disposal of the existing, sidewalks, underground utilities, and unsuitable sub-base material as shown on the Contract Drawings and as directed by the City Engineer. 2. Replace approximately 367± LF of the sanitary sewer collection system with new 10” PVC and 6” service connections including new manholes also, 72± LF 8”PVC as shown on the Contract Drawings. 3. Install approximately 480± LF of 30” HDPE storm sewer collection system including new 2ft by 2ft catch basins, 2ft by 4ft catch basins and manholes. 4. If required, replace approximately 50± LF of 10” and 8” ductile iron watermain including a new 8” gate valve and 10” gate valve. 5. Replace existing manholes on Harrison Street with precast concrete manholes as shown on the Contract Documents. 6. Excavate and repair Sanitary Sewer where shown on the Contract Drawings. 7. Install new asphalt to the limits as shown on the Contract Drawings. 8. Install concrete sidewalks and asphalt driveway aprons where directed and as shown on the Contract Drawings. 9. Topsoil, seeding and tree removal. 10. Provide traffic control and daily maintenance of adjoining streets and areas. 11. Coordinate with the local utilities companies in conjunction with any relocation of existing facilities.
