| Description | The City of Philadelphia is seeking a public safety-grade, geo-diverse, dark-fiber telecommunications network that will support multiple public safety voice, data and video applications within the City and County of Philadelphia. In addition to supporting public safety applications within the City and County, this request for proposals (RFP) seeks to complete a network interconnection to the following Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) in Southeastern Pennsylvania: Bucks, Delaware, Chester and Berks counties in Pennsylvania. A connection to Montgomery County PSAP will be made through existing PennDOT fiber. | ||||
