The total sqft of the roof area included in the project scope is approximately 6,047 SF. Additive Alternate #1 : A. Alternate work includes the addition of the indicated portion of membrane roofing to the bid scope. The scope consist of the installation of new PVC overlay roofing system at indicated portion of roof. If Alternate #1 is selected, the new divider wall will be eliminated. B. The total sqft of the overlay membrane roof area is approximately 1,893 SF. |
