Calvert Street Garage Elevator 2

1. Remove and dispose of all elevator entrance and door equipment not scheduled for retention. 2. Clean down wire brush and painting as needed to new and affected work-related areas including 3rd floor backside of entrance jamb header/transom area. 3. Provide to have one (1) existing elevator entrance at the 3rd level landing wrapped/clad in #4 brushed stainless steel 4. Furnish and install one (1) new hoistway entrance door at the 3rd floor landing only in #4 brushed stainless steel. 5. Furnish and install one (1) new car door #4 brushed stainless steel 6. Furnish and install two (2) new hoistway aluminum entrance sills at 3rd and 4th floor landings only. 7. Provide two (2) new sill angle supports for new sills at 3rd and 4th floor landings. 8. Provide to replace damaged and rusted hoistway spring door closer and new gibs as required. 9. Provide to replace all damaged and rusted car door equipment including, header, track, rollers, roller assembly, clutch, drive arm as needed to remedy water damage. Please note: existing GAL door operator to be retained 10. All work listed above shall take approximately one week to complete with the elevator being out of service for the duration of the work.
