Ground Maintenance for Well and Lift Stations

The ground maintenance services at 82 individual sites located within James City County. The grounds maintenance services shall include, but will not be limited to, the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor, site work, erosion control, and land restoration necessary ot complete the proposed project. The work shall provide ground maintenance for Eight Two (82) project areas consisting of approximately 1,013,051square feet. All sites will require grass cutting and weed eating. Both shall be performed carefully, so that no damage is done to equipment, landscaping or ornamental vegetation such as shrubs, bushes, trees, flowers.
