The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment bond in the amount of 100% of the bid. SPECIAL ATTENTION MUST BE GIVEN to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, but no bidder shall withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual opening thereof. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the County.
