Description Division No. 1 New Sidewalk North of Township Hall Parking Area: Work for this division consists of installation of approximately 450 square yards of new concrete sidewalk north of Township Hall. The new walk connects to the existing north building entrance. Division No. 2 South Access Drive Paving: Work for this division consists of pulverizing and compacting the existing pavement and base material to 16" depth along the southerly access drive from Waldon Center Drive to the existing dumpster located in the southwest corner of the parking lot. Saw cutting the existing drive approaches will be required. The proposed work includes installing approximately 650 square yards of new six inch (6") deep strength HMA pavement, a new eight inch (8") thick concrete dumpster pad, and partial and full depth base repairs as needed. Division No. 3 Township Hall Parking Lot: Work for this division consists of pulverizing and compacting the existing parking lot pavement and base material to 12" depth (approximately 3,900 square yards), installing approximately 3,900 square yards of new 4" asphalt pavement, installing approximately 330 square yards of concrete walk, miscellaneous curb removal and replacement, partial and full depth base repairs as needed, 12" storm sewer, edge drain, new sidewalks and ADA ramps, brick paver removal and replacement, restoration and miscellaneous bid items as specified in project documents.
