Description

New concrete slab replacement, Phase 3 of the work in Building 4 on the MDOT MTA Bush Division Main Campus, 1515 Washington Boulevard, Baltimore, MD. The work involves installing a new concrete slab and all other associated elements as described in the Contract Documents. The slab replacement requires coordination between the contractor and MDOT MTA Environmental Division, which have implemented an environmental assessment of the soil exposed after the original slab was removed. Because this work will occur inside a working facility the coordination with MTA of schedule and phasing of the work is crucial to the success of the project
