Description

TCEQ intends to enter into multiple-regional contracts for providing risk-based corrective action activities at petroleum storage tank (PST) sites under the PST State Lead Program. Under these contracts, the Remediation Division issues work orders for risk-based site assessment, non-engineered corrective action, and oversight services to conduct remedial actions at Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank (LPST) sites in Texas where petroleum products are the cause of soil, groundwater, and/or surface water contamination. HUB Goal 26%.
