New Municipal/Police/Court Building, 2-stories plus partial Basement, approx. 32,000 GSF, steel-framed with decorative concrete block veneer, plus a substantial amount of sitework. To be built behind the existing building, which will be demolished and removed upon completion of the new building. Sitework will be performed in phases.
