Folepi Lot Mill and Overlay

**As of August 17,2022, project was awarded to Tazewell County Asphalt Co Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** Bids will be held good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days from the due date. Every bid shall consist of two (2) completed copies of Bid Failure of bidder to submit bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in amount to cover proposals bid upon is cause for rejection of this bid. Commencement of the work on the project may begin as early as August 17th, 2022. The project shall be substantially completed within 21 calendar days from preconstruction meeting or September 30th, 2022 whichever occurs sooner. Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when in the opinion of Owner, such action will serve the best interest of Owner. Bids on all work of this contract shall be subject to the provisions of the "Illinois Prevailing Wage Act" (820 ILCS 130/1, et seq.).
