Work shall include: - Demolish and remove cabinets from the kitchen and kitchen sink area. - Remove drop ceiling grid and ceiling tiles in the kitchen. - Demolish plaster walls and ceilings in the kitchen area. - Demolish plaster walls in the living room and dining room (excludes ceilings). - Remove asbestos containing mastic on wooden subfloors in the kitchen, sink area, and dining room. - Remove carpet from lower and upper level, steps, and the Florida room. - Remove plaster ceilings from the basement area. - Wet scrape the lead-based paint from the basement walls. | ||||
