Description | Qualifications for design of several multimodal upgrades within the one-mile walkshed (or mobility-shed) east of the Mineral Avenue Light Rail Station located at the Santa Fe Drive & Mineral Avenue intersection in Littleton, CO. Funding for this project has been secured through the Colorado Department of Transportation’s (CDOT) Safer Main Streets grant program. The City was successful in securing a project with a total cost of $2M, which is split 80% state funding ($1.6M) and 20% local match ($0.4M). Though this contract is for design and professional services, this project will go to construction and must be “substantially complete” by the beginning of June 2024 as stipulated in the conditions of the grant. The City of Littleton will act as the Local Participating Agency, with oversight provided by CDOT. |
