Dryer Vent Add: 1. Provide and install (2) Inline fans w/integral controls 2. Provide and install (2) Secondary lint traps 3. Provide and install (2) 4" runs with misc. fittings. Venting will run from dryer location at back of bay, up to and along the bay ceiling and out the wall at the front of the bay. Approximately 70' of pipe per run. 4. Provide and install (2) wall terminations with backdraft dampers 5. Provide core cut for (2) 4" holes through 12" concrete walls 6. Provide new electrical breaker, disconnect and wire run for fans. Existing electrical panel is next to the water heater in the attached drawing 7. Provide misc. hangers for pipe 8. Perform check, test and start on new equipment. Water Heater Replacement/Soft Water System/Plumbing Update: 1. Provide and install (1) 50 gallon electric water heater 2. Provide and install (1) 48K grain water softener with brine take, next to water heater on mezzanine. Soft water to be connected to hot water system. 3. Provide and install (1) drain pan for water heater, softener and brine tank. Include hard drain line for proper drainage. 4. Relocate water heater from existing location to mezzanine. Water lines and electrical panel within 10' of new location. Water heater to be moved up about 8' to mezzanine, and 3' to the side of existing location with open walls and exposed plumbing. Relocate drain, electrical, and supply lines as necessary to accommodate move. 5. Replace main (exposed) cast iron drain line with PVCDWV (approx. 30'). There will be a few fittings and connections required. 6. Provide additional support as needed for new plumbing Perform check, test and start on new equipment
