Bathroom Repairs and Site Re-Grading

Consists of: 1. Removing existing and installing new cabinets,sinks,countertops,tile flooring, tile walls, and tile wainscoting at one bathroom. 2. Removing existing tile, sheetrock and cement boards back to wall wood studs for replacement with new. Removing tile flooring and substrates for replacement with new. 3. Removing existing and installing new electrical lighting and vent fans as shown on the drawings. 4. Removing existing and installing new plumbing. 5. Removing existing three(3) select exterior walls and wall assembly components and replacing with new wall assembly with similar components. 6. Removing and salvaging two (2) existing windows as part of wall removal and reinstalling in new wall. 7. Partial exterior regrading of site around perimeter of existing building to create drainage away from building. 8. Resetting selective existing fencing and landscaping.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
