| Description | Provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision required to crack-fill, sealcoat and restripe the paved entrances, aprons, and parking lots of the Coldenham Firehouse at 511 Coldenham Road, Walden, NY 12586, and the storage barn area behind the firehouse at 24 Manzari Drive, Walden, NY 12586. The areas to be treated shall be cleaned of weeds, dirt and/or other debris by power blowing, sweeping and/or weed pulling to ensure maximum adhesion prior to applying crack-filler and sealer. Fill all cracks up to and including 1” with hot, applied crack sealant. Sealcoating is to be applied by use of a spray method and/or manually brushed for the entire surface site. Sealer is to be applied by hand near any obstacle to provide a meticulous finish. Pavement markings are to be mirrored to match existing parking spaces and pavement markings. Handicap areas are to be ADA compliant done in regulation blue. |
