Cooke City Bridge Replacements

Work consists of the construction of three new bridges; a new 39-foot single span bridge on Monument Avenue in Silver Gate, Montana, a new 37.5-foot single span bridge on Bannock Trail in Silver Gate, Montana, and a new 35-foot single span bridge on Republic Street in Cooke City, Montana. Improvements consist of, but are not limited to, removal and disposal of the existing structure, substructure construction, superstructure placement, placement of bridge end backfill, hauling and placing riprap, and construction of roadway approaches after new bridge is complete. The substructure will consist of driven steel pipe piles and prefabricated steel abutments. The superstructure will consist of a prefabricated steel structure that must be set and bolted/welded in place.
