Construction of Landscape Improvements to serve Harvest Phase 14

The project is located in the ETJ of the Town of Northlake, Texas, along the South side of Old Justin Road and West of Cleveland-Gibbs Road. The site may be reached from Interstate Highway 35W by traveling north to the FM-407 exit. Exit FM-407 and turn left, heading west. Continue heading west for approximately 0.3 miles and turn right onto Cleveland-Gibbs, heading north. This project scope is +-16,200 square feet (.37 acres) of Landscape and associated Irrigation scope. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date the Contractor is notified. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
