| Description | Operations Building Powerhouse Roof - Remove the existing roofing materials, insulation, vent covers, and gravel stop from an approximately 2,200 square foot building and install a new, fully adhered, 60 mil EPDM roofing system, conforming to ASTM D4637/D4637M, with a new fascia/flashing system around the perimeter. Roofing system shall have new tapered insulation with R-Value of 20.5 and include the addition of any features to ensure positive drainage towards the roof drains. New flashing shall be installed on pipe vents protruding from roof surface. New vent cover and caps shall be installed on the generator exhaust pipe. The existing antenna system shall be relocated and then placed back on the new roof. The existing roof is approximately 2,200 square feet and consists of a concrete roof deck. | ||
