Description

NCNR requires maintenance service to include all labor, materials, equipment and parts to maintain the rolling doors so that they are consistently fully operational. The Contractor shall provide an annual maintenance service contract to include all labor, materials, equipment and parts to maintain the rolling doors so that they are consistently fully operational. This will include two (2) preventive maintenance service visits to inspect, adjust, lubricate, test and make repairs as needed; and be on call for as needed emergency repair services.
