Replacement of Roofs and Gutters

Replacement of roofs and gutters of the following: Provide a thermal scan of the existing roof system to determine where wet insulation exists. Install new roof system at outbuilding. Replace wet insulation with new to match existing thickness. Cut out and remove all blisters throughout the roof. At metal deck areas; mechanically fasten a 60mil Fleeceback TPO Membrane. At concrete deck areas; adhere a 60mil Fleeceback TPO membrane in low rise adhesive. At metal roof/penthouse; cut back existing metal panels to allow an 8” flashing height required by the manufacturer. Flash penetrations and flashing areas with matching membrane and in accordance with manufacturer’s standard detail. Install new 24ga kynar coated metal flashings; counter flashings and gravel guard. Color to be chosen by owner from the manufacturer’s standard colors. Install new 24ga kynar coated metal gutters and downspouts. At gutter locations; terminate new roof membrane inside gutter with termination bar. Replace existing 4x4 runners, condensate line and gas line blocking with new PT 4x4s and place on a walk pad. Install walk pads around all service sides of roof top units and all access points.
