Reference Number 0000330512 The San Diego County Water Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for professional services to perform Water Efficient Landscapes - Direct Install Project. The contract will be task order based. Before the start of any work, the Water Authority will provide the Contractor with a Scope of Work for a given task (Task). Contractor shall provide the Water Authority with a Task Order Estimate and Schedule based on the service and hourly rates established in the contract payment and fee schedule. Upon mutual agreement of the parties on the approved Task Order and Schedule, the Water Authority will issue Contractor written confirmation to proceed. The Contractor shall begin performing the Task within seven calendar days of receiving written confirmation.
