Interior Renovation to the Community Improvement and Public Works Departments

**As of August 25, 2022, no bids received. This project myth be rebid but no anticipated date yet. For furnishing labor and materials, for the City of South Pasadena: Interior Renovation to the Community Improvement and Public Works Departments. Questions regarding this bid should be directed to Community Improvement Director/Building Official Terri Sullivan at 727-343-4192. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid total made payable to the City of South Pasadena. Which check, draft or bid bond shall guarantee that should the bid be accepted, the bidder shall, within ten (10) days after the acceptance of his bid, enter into a contract with the City of South Pasadena for the services proposed to be performed. It is understood that this proposal shall be effective until 90 days after the bid opening and that the sum of $200.00 per day may be retained by the Owner in the event the contract is not complete within 60 calendar days after the date established in the Start to Work Order. The City of South Pasadena reserves the right to waive any informalities or to accept or reject any or all bids in part or in total and award the contract in the best interest of the City.
