| Description | Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace the current cold storage unit (freezer/cooler) in the kitchen at the Abingdon Regional Jail. 1. Installation of temporary barriers and doors in the kitchen (as agreed upon by the Contractor and SWVRJA); 2. Removal/demolition of the existing cold storage unit; 3. Removal/demolition of the existing quarry tile floor, concrete slab, and insulted floor panels (an area of approximately 265 square feet); 4. Installation of a new walk in cold storage (freezer/cooler) unit; 5. Installation of a new insulated floor panels and 4” concrete wear slab ; 6. Installation rooftop evaporators and condenser units; 7. Electrical and plumbing connections |
