Description

Project includes approximately 500 LF of 12" direct buried steam and 6" condensate piping. Project also includes installation of 180 LF of 8" replacement Public Water main. There are two additive bid items. Additive bid item number one is for the replacement of approximately 130 LF of 6" direct buried steam and 3" condensate piping from EX MH CH60 to EX MH CH-55, addition of electrical power and sump pump to EX MH CH-55. Additive bid item number two is the replacement of approximately 70 LF of 4" HPS and 2" PC from Ex MH AS-05 to Legacy Hall. Anticipated Construction is Monday, March 6th, 2023 thru Friday, August 4th, 2023. No work shall be permitted to be performed on April 26th, 2023 through, and inclusive of, May 5th, 2023. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
