Description

The work generally consists of approximately 5,400 cubic yards of concrete pavement with curb on 8" inch lime stabilized subgrade; 1,230 feet of 8" waterline with valves, fittings, service lines and fire hydrants; 1,042 feet 8" sanitary sewer to 84 L.F. feet of 10" sanitary sewer lines with manholes and service lines; 1,197 feet ofreinforce concrete storm sewer pipe from 18" to 36" with inlets, junction boxes, manholes and safety end treatments and other items of work as detailed in the plans. The lots were rough graded during Kiber Reserve Phase I construction. Final grading is included in this contract.
