| Description | The Project consists of removal and replacement of existing cedar lap siding, trim boards, and flashings, furnishing and installing a new lap siding system consisting of an air and water resistive sheet barrier, fiber-cement lap siding and trim boards, and aluminum flashing. Alternates described in the Project Manual consist of alternative siding materials. Painting and caulking of existing metal window frames, doors, and door frames as well as some minor roof flashing are also included. The building floor area is approximately 5,600 square feet. |
