Waco Parking Lot Repair

The Contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this project. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope. 2. Stabilize and repave of parking area and driveways with Type D Hot Mix asphalt at a target thickness of 1.5 inch. 3. Repair any damaged areas of asphalt 4. Areas of asphalt where overlay is not applied to be seal coated. Crack seal all cracks. 5. Stripe/paint all areas per ADA requirements, including existing concrete ramp area. 6. Paint existing painted curbs and provide directional markings. 7. Replace parking area signage including ADA required signage. 8. Repair any damaged concrete areas and curbing. 9. Replacement of existing damaged car stops. 10. Restripe total parking areas. 11. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
