Project A: Braemar Water Storage Tank - Rehabilitation 1. Mobilization 2. Replacement of twenty (20) feet of Interior Wet ladder. 3. Structural improvements including, installation of exhaust vents, roof access grab bars, ladder up, roof plates, access tube gap plates, toe plates, railing, swing gates, thermal probe brackets, additional overflow brackets, riser pipe brackets and supports, eight (8) pedestal vent insect screens on the exterior dry, interior insect screens, and telecommunication replacement caps. 4. Stainless steel cable fall protection assemblies. 5. Interior and exterior pit and surface repairs. 6. Concrete and grout repair on exterior tank base. 7. Waste management. 8. Interior dry surface power tool clean, surface preparation, and coatings. 9. Interior wet surfaces abrasive blast and coatings. 10. Exterior surfaces high pressure water clean and coatings. 11. Exterior steel anti-graffiti coating on first ten (10) feet of tank side wall. Project B: Hoadly Water Storage Tank - Fill Pipe Replacement and Repairs 1. Mobilization 2. Pipe support brackets and thermal probe brackets. 3. Stainless steel cable fall protection assemblies. 4. Interior concrete floor preparation and coating. 5. Vault and pipe chase interior surface concrete preparation and coating. 6. Fire hydrant and bollard preparation and coating. 7. Control valves including butterfly valves, altitude valves, gate valves, ball valves, air bleed valves, duckbill check valves, overflow safety valves, and new sample station. 8. Hydrodynamic mixing system. 9. Lightbulb replacements and wiring. 10. Thermal probes and pressure instruments including primary pressure indicating transmitter, secondary pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, and threaded diaphragm seal. 11. Unit heater and heat trace and insulation. 12. Disinfection and hydraulic testing. 13. Site grading, seeding, and site restoration. 14. Demobilization and close-out. 15. Two-Year Warranty. 16. Inlet/outlet pipe replacement.
